
NORTH CAROLINA — A Jacksonville woman is being held without bond after being charged with multiple felony drug offenses, according to online arrest warrants.
Authorities said Onslow County Sheriff’s Office arrested Margaret Louise Dalton, 38, on Jan. 15. She faces a lengthy list of charges, including two counts of felony trafficking in fentanyl, felony manufacture of fentanyl, and felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver fentanyl.
Dalton is also charged with two counts of trafficking in methamphetamine, felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver methamphetamine, felony manufacture of methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony possession of cocaine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver cocaine, and manufacture of cocaine.
According to the warrants, Dalton is accused of manufacturing 28 grams or more of fentanyl, including packaging and repackaging the controlled substance, and possessing fentanyl with the intent to manufacture and sell.
Dalton remains held without bond at the Onslow County Jail. She was scheduled to make her first court appearance on Jan. 16, 2026.
