INDIANA — A 75-year-old Westville man died following a single-vehicle crash Thursday morning in LaPorte County.
According to police, Terry Churchill was driving a Ford Ranger pickup truck northbound in the 800 north block of U.S. 421 just before 9 a.m. when the vehicle left the roadway.
Investigators said the pickup struck an embankment before colliding with a tree.
Churchill was transported to a hospital, where he later died from his injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
