
NORTH CAROLINA — Craven County deputies are searching for a Harlowe man wanted in connection with a violent breaking and entering reported earlier this week.
According to the Craven County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded on Jan. 12, 2026, to a residence on George Road near Havelock after receiving a report that a man kicked in the front door and entered the home while armed with a knife.
Investigators said the homeowner’s dog intervened during the encounter, placing itself between the suspect and the victim. Authorities allege the suspect struck the dog in the face during the incident.
Following an investigation, deputies identified the suspect as Marsavix Tollie McCoy Frazier, 25, of George Road in Harlowe. Frazier is wanted on multiple charges, including felony breaking and entering to terrorize, assault with a deadly weapon, second-degree trespass, injury to real property, and cruelty to animals.
