
WISCONSIN — A man is in custody following a drug bust in Fond du Lac on Sunday afternoon, according to police.
The Fond du Lac Police Department said officers arrested a 34-year-old Fond du Lac resident around 4 p.m. on an outstanding, extraditable felony warrant issued through the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
During the arrest, officers seized approximately 90 grams of cocaine, seven grams of THC, and more than $400 in U.S. currency.
Police said the man is currently on probation and has multiple prior felony convictions. Those convictions include possession of narcotic drugs, manufacture or delivery of heroin, possession with intent to deliver narcotics, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, and manufacture or delivery of amphetamine.
In a statement posted on Facebook, the police department said, “The Fond du Lac Police Department remains committed to aggressive, intelligence-led enforcement efforts aimed at disrupting illegal drug activity, protecting families, and preserving the quality of life in Fond du Lac.”
Additional details about potential new charges were not immediately released.
