GEORGIA — The Columbus Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a critically missing man.
Police said 67-year-old Louisous Smith was last seen around 2 p.m. on Jan. 10 in the 2400 block of 3rd Avenue. At the time he was last seen, Smith was wearing a gray hoodie, a black skull cap, and blue jeans.
Smith is described as having black hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 155 pounds.
Authorities are urging anyone who has seen Smith or has information about his whereabouts to contact emergency services immediately. Tips can be reported by calling 911, the Columbus Police Department Special Victim’s Unit at 706-225-3449, or Corporal Ashley Branham at 706-225-4843.
Police said the case remains active and they are concerned for Smith’s safety.
