GEORGIA — A pedestrian has died after being struck by a vehicle on Veterans Parkway near Almond Road, according to the Columbus Police Department.
Officers responded to the crash Sunday morning. Police said the department’s Motor Squad is leading the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
Authorities have not released additional information about the victim or the vehicle involved. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
