TENNESSEE — Tennessee may soon see multiple rounds of measurable snowfall between next Thursday through Monday.

According to the latest run of the GFS weather model Saturday evening, the model is showing two systems bringing multiple inches of snow on Thursday, January 15, through Monday, January 19, 2026.

The first system looks to arrive Thursday with the second moving through Sunday night into Monday.

It’s important to note that this is a model run and not a forecast, but models are starting to look consistent on at least some type of winter weather in this timeframe.

The latest run of the model shows eastern Tennessee picking up several inches of snow between Thursday and Monday with 5-10+ inches possible.
