OHIO — A Findlay man is in custody following the execution of a narcotics search warrant that led to the discovery of suspected drugs, cash and firearms, according to authorities.

The Hancock County METRICH Drug Task Force said its agents, along with the Findlay Police Department and the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office, executed a search warrant Wednesday evening at a residence on Burson Drive in Findlay.

During the search, investigators reported finding approximately 215 grams of suspected cocaine, more than $15,000 in cash, several firearms and additional items commonly associated with drug trafficking.

As a result of the investigation, Skylar Johnson, 42, was arrested. He is currently being held at the Hancock County Justice Center on charges of possession and trafficking in drugs, as well as having weapons while under disability.

Authorities said the investigation is ongoing and additional charges are expected as the case continues.
