
GEORGIA — More than 34 grams of methamphetamine were seized during a traffic stop earlier this month in Grady County, according to the Grady County Sheriff’s Office.
Officials said the stop occurred Jan. 5 when a GCSO deputy pulled over a vehicle on Highway 112 for a headlight violation. During the stop, deputies searched the vehicle and discovered more than 34 grams of methamphetamine, along with digital scales and a glass pipe, according to a department release.
The driver was identified as Nikito Hicks. Authorities said Hicks was taken into custody and faces multiple charges, including possession of methamphetamine, DUI less safe, suspended registration, headlight violation, and obstruction.
No additional details about the stop or investigation were released.
