FLORIDA — A Powerball ticket sold in Florida won a $50,000 prize in the Monday, Jan. 5, 2026 drawing, lottery officials announced.
The winning numbers drawn Monday night were 4, 18, 24, 51, 56, with Powerball number 14. The Power Play multiplier was 2x. The Florida ticket matched four white balls and the Powerball, earning the $50,000 prize.
No ticket matched all six numbers to claim the Powerball jackpot, which was estimated at $88 million for the drawing. The cash value option for the jackpot was listed at approximately $39.8 million.
Lottery officials have not released details about where in Florida the winning ticket was sold or the identity of the winner. Winners are encouraged to sign the back of their tickets and contact the Florida Lottery to claim their prize.
The Powerball jackpot will continue to grow ahead of the next drawing.
