ALABAMA — An 18-year-old was injured in a shooting Sunday afternoon at an apartment complex in Dothan, according to police.
The shooting happened shortly after 2 p.m. at the Johnson Homes apartment complex in the 1200 block of Kinsey Road. Police said the teen was shot in the leg while outside his apartment on the sidewalk.
The victim was transported to a local hospital, where he was treated for moderate injuries.
According to the Dothan Police Department, no suspect is currently in custody, and the investigation remains ongoing.
