TEXAS — Texas lottery players are celebrating multiple big wins following Monday night’s Powerball drawing on February 23, 2026.
The winning numbers were 5, 11, 23, 29, 47, with the Powerball number 6. The Power Play multiplier was 2x. The estimated jackpot for the drawing was $203 million, with a cash value of $94.4 million.
While no ticket matched all six numbers to claim the jackpot, three tickets sold in Texas won significant prizes. One ticket matched four white balls plus the Powerball to win $50,000. Two additional tickets matched four white balls plus the Powerball and included the Power Play option, doubling their winnings to $100,000 each.
Lottery officials have not yet released where in Texas the winning tickets were sold.
The Powerball jackpot will roll over for the next drawing as players across the country continue to try their luck at the growing multimillion-dollar prize.
