
NORTH CAROLINA — The Onslow County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating 49-year-old Kevin Hartsfield, who was last seen leaving Onslow Memorial Hospital on foot around 6:15 a.m. on Tuesday, July 15.
Hartsfield is known to frequent the Sneads Ferry and Holly Ridge areas.
He is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 170 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair typically kept in a shaven style. He also has a mustache and is usually unshaven.
Authorities noted that Hartsfield has several distinctive tattoos, including a skull, flames, a smiley face, an American skull, and a spider web on his left arm, as well as a wheelchair tattoo on his right arm.
He was last seen wearing a brown t-shirt and black, ripped shorts.
