VIRGINIA — The Winchester Police Department is investigating a retail theft that occurred on July 10, 2025, and is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying multiple suspects involved.
According to police, a group consisting of four male suspects and one female suspect is believed to have participated in the incident.
Investigators have released surveillance images in hopes of identifying the individuals.

Tips leading to an arrest may be eligible for a reward. The case is being investigated under reference number 25019311.
