
SOUTH CAROLINA — A crash shut down all lanes of Interstate 85 southbound in Greenville County Thursday morning, according to the South Carolina Department of Transportation.
Officials said the crash occurred near exits 46A, 46B and 46C on the southbound side of the interstate.
As of 9:14 a.m., all lanes were blocked, creating traffic disruptions in the area. Authorities have not released details about what caused the crash or whether anyone was injured.
Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area and expect delays while crews respond to the scene.
