GEORGIA — The LaGrange Criminal Investigation Division is investigating a shooting that took place at the Woodland Trail Apartments on North Davis Road, leaving one man injured.
Michael Ford was arrested Thursday after attempting to flee the scene, according to police.
He is facing multiple charges, including aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of a firearm during certain felonies.
Police say Ford was already on parole for attempted murder and aggravated assault at the time of the shooting.
The victim, identified as Robert Sellers, was taken to a local hospital and is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
