INDIANA — An elderly man is in life-threatening condition following a single-vehicle crash in Huntertown on Wednesday, according to the Allen County Sheriff’s Department.
The accident occurred around 12:30 p.m. near the intersection of State Road 3 and Cedar Canyons Road.
Authorities say the man was driving a Ford pickup truck that veered off the road for unknown reasons, crossed over the roadway, passed through a fence, and struck a tree.
The driver was transported to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries. His identity has not been released.
The crash remains under investigation.
