MISSISSIPPI — A 25-year-old man was killed Saturday morning in a single-vehicle crash in Gautier, according to the Gautier Police Department.
Police said the crash occurred around 7:30 a.m. on Dolphin Drive near Starfish Road. Investigators reported that Matthew Young, 25, of Gautier, was driving south on Dolphin Drive when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree.
Young was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
The Gautier Police Department said the crash remains under investigation. No additional details were released as of Saturday.
