OHIO — A woman has died following a crash involving a motorcycle and another vehicle Wednesday night in Union Township.
The crash happened around 8:42 p.m. at the intersection of Old State Route 74 and Eastgate Boulevard, according to Union Township Police. Officers and emergency crews arrived to find both the motorcyclist and a passenger injured.
Both were taken to a nearby hospital, where the passenger later died from her injuries. The motorcyclist’s condition has not been released.
Police said it is not yet clear what caused the crash, but preliminary findings indicate that drugs and alcohol were not involved.
The investigation remains ongoing.
