NORTH CAROLINA — Police in Greensboro are conducting a death investigation after a body was discovered last week, according to authorities.
The Greensboro Police Department said officers were called to the 4200 block of Green Point Drive on April 1 after residents reported finding a body.
Investigators are now awaiting results from the North Carolina Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to confirm the identity of the deceased.
Officials have not released additional details about the circumstances surrounding the death.
The investigation remains ongoing.
