OHIO — A 25-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting in Middletown, according to police.
Dylan J. Busam was taken into custody Friday afternoon and charged with murder and aggravated robbery.
The shooting occurred on Jan. 30 at approximately 7:33 p.m. in the 3700 block of Lacy Court.
When officers arrived, they found a man lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim was transported to Atrium Medical Center, where he later died.
Authorities have not yet released his identity.
Busam is currently being held at the Middletown City Jail. The investigation remains ongoing.
