TENNESSEE — A Telford woman was arrested Friday night after allegedly stabbing her husband, the Washington County Tennessee Sheriff’s Office reported.
Jamie Lynn Hunt, 47, was charged with aggravated domestic assault following the incident. Deputies were called to the 100 block of John Carson Road just before 9 p.m.
Authorities said the male victim had blood on his pants and a towel covering his midsection. He told deputies that his wife had stabbed him. A “wet knife with blood specs on it” was found in Hunt’s purse in the couple’s bedroom, according to the sheriff’s office.
Hunt was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where she was held without bond. She is scheduled to appear in court Monday.
