VIRGINIA — Several school districts across Virginia will operate on delayed schedules on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, due to winter weather and other operational concerns.
Bath County Schools will open two hours late. Similarly, Dickenson County Schools in Clintwood, Lee County Schools in Jonesville, Norton City Schools, and Wise County Schools are all delaying the start of classes by two hours.
Students, parents, and staff are advised to plan accordingly for the delayed openings and allow extra travel time.
School officials encourage families to monitor local school announcements and exercise caution while traveling during the morning commute.
