KENTUCKY — Police say a car crashed into a store in Florence on Saturday afternoon, causing significant property damage but no injuries.
The crash occurred just after 4 p.m. at A Cottage Collection on U.S. Highway 42.
The small business, which sells outdoor patio furniture, sustained substantial damage when a white Nissan SUV drove through its exterior fence and came to a stop outside the main building.
According to Florence police, neither the driver nor the passenger was injured. Investigators determined that a medical emergency caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle.
No charges are expected to be filed in connection with the crash.
