OHIO — The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of two men wanted in connection with the October 2024 murder of 24-year-old Reynaldo Hernandez in Youngstown.
Authorities are searching for 59-year-old Vincent Marbley and 41-year-old Eddie Winphire, both of whom have been identified as suspects in the case.
Earlier this month, a third man involved, 40-year-old Andre Bailey, was sentenced to 39 years to life in prison for his role in Hernandez’s death.
Marbley is described as a Black male, approximately 5 feet 6 inches tall and 145 pounds. Winphire is described as a Black male, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and 262 pounds.
Both men are known to frequent the Youngstown, Cleveland, and Columbus areas.
Anyone with information on their whereabouts is urged to contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED or submit a tip online.
