OHIO — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of 49-year-old John Armstrong, who is wanted for the rape of a 14-year-old.
According to the U.S. Marshals, Armstrong is wanted by the Summit County Sheriff’s Office and is known to frequent areas in both Summit and Cuyahoga counties.
Anyone with information on Armstrong’s whereabouts is urged to contact the task force at 1-866-4WANTED or submit a tip online at www.usmarshals.gov/district/oh-n/index.html. Tipsters can remain anonymous.
