U.S. Marshals searching for wanted fugitive in Ohio

OHIO — The U.S. Marshals Service is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of Billy Teter, 47, who is wanted on charges of rape and gross sexual imposition.

Teter is being sought by the U.S. Marshals and the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities say he is known to frequent areas in both Lorain County and Cuyahoga County.

Anyone with information on Teter’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED or submit a tip online at www.usmarshals.gov/district/oh-n/index.html.

Tipsters may remain anonymous.
