OHIO — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force (NOVFTF) is asking for the public’s help in locating Kenneth Kirk, 44, who is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service in Toledo for violating his supervised release.
Kirk was previously convicted in U.S. District Court of being a felon in possession of a firearm.
He was sentenced to 30 months in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised release.
In November 2024, a warrant was issued for his arrest after he absconded from supervision.
Authorities say Kirk is known to frequent Toledo’s southside and eastside. His last known location was in the 2100 block of Broadway.
He is described as a white male, 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 300 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
Officials warn that he should be considered armed and dangerous.
Anyone with information on Kirk’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED (1-866-492-6833) or Toledo Crime Stoppers at 1-419-255-1111.
