KENTUCKY — Two $50,000 winning Powerball tickets were sold in Kentucky Thursday night, the Kentucky Lottery announced.
The tickets were purchased at Saddlebrook One, 525 West Laurel Road in London, and Speedway, 411 Mount Zion Road in Florence.
Both tickets matched four white ball numbers and the Powerball from Wednesday night’s drawing: 03, 16, 29, 61, 69, and Powerball 22.
The current Powerball jackpot is estimated at $1.7 billion for Saturday night’s drawing, the third largest in the game’s history, with an estimated cash value of $770.3 million. There was no jackpot winner Wednesday night.
Lottery officials remind winners to sign the back of their tickets, store them securely, and claim their prize within 180 days of the drawing. Prizes must be claimed at lottery headquarters, 1011 W. Main St., Louisville. Winners are advised to call 1-877-789-4532 to make an appointment.
The next Powerball drawing will take place at 11 p.m. EST on Saturday, Sept. 6, 2025.
