VIRGINIA — A driver was taken into custody Saturday after a multi-vehicle crash in Henrico County that injured two people, police said.
According to the Henrico County Police Division, the crash happened around 4:45 p.m. at the intersection of N. Laburnum Avenue and Harvie Road. Two people sustained minor injuries and were transported to a local hospital. Henrico EMS also evaluated others at the scene, but they did not require hospitalization.
Authorities said one person involved in the crash left the scene but was quickly located by officers and arrested.
The individual now faces charges of reckless driving and felony hit-and-run. The incident remains under investigation.
