Two people injured following vehicle crash in Virginia

VIRGINIA — At least two people were injured and two cows were killed in a crash Saturday afternoon involving a vehicle hauling livestock.

Virginia State Police reported that troopers were called to the scene at 12:24 p.m. at the intersection of Cumberland Road and Holman Mill Road.

Authorities confirmed that at least two individuals suffered injuries in the collision. The vehicle involved was carrying cows, and at least two of the animals died as a result of the crash.

No further details about the cause of the accident or the conditions of the injured were immediately available. The investigation remains ongoing.
