PENNSYLVANIA — At least two people were hospitalized Monday night following a single-vehicle crash in Somerset County, officials said.
Emergency responders were called to the area of Corner Stone Road and Lake Shore Road around 8 p.m., where they found a vehicle that had crashed into a field and ejected its occupants.
Two people were transported to area hospitals with undisclosed injuries, with one patient flown by helicopter for treatment. Authorities used a drone to search the field for a possible third occupant but found no one.
The crash remains under investigation, and no further details have been released.
