OHIO — A juvenile was flown to a local hospital and another person was injured following a two-vehicle crash in Darke County Sunday night.

Deputies and medics were called to the intersection of State Route 502 and Bakers Store-Greenville Road just before 7:50 p.m., according to the Darke County Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators said a maroon Ford F-150 driven by 28-year-old Jake Pabst of Union City was traveling east on SR-502 when a blue Dodge Avenger, driven by a juvenile heading north on Bakers Store-Greenville Road, failed to yield at a stop sign. The vehicles collided in the intersection.

CareFlight transported the juvenile to Miami Valley Hospital with minor injuries. Pabst was taken to Wayne Hospital, also with minor injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
