SOUTH CAROLINA — Two people were hospitalized after a stabbing in downtown Spartanburg Friday night, according to police.
Officers responded to the intersection of Daniel Morgan Avenue and Main Street around 10 p.m. after reports of a fight.
Police said two homeless individuals were involved in the altercation, and at least one was stabbed.
Both were taken to the hospital with injuries described as non-life-threatening.
Investigators are working to determine how the fight began.
