VIRGINIA — Two teenagers were injured in a shooting Friday evening at the intersection of Old Chatham Road and Clearview Drive, according to Henry County Sheriff Wayne Davis.
Sheriff Davis said an 18-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy were both hospitalized after the incident. The 18-year-old suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen and remains in serious condition. The 15-year-old sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the leg, abdomen, and arm. His condition has not been released.
Davis noted this was the third shooting reported at the same residence. He said no suspects have been identified, as both victims and others involved are refusing to cooperate with investigators.
Martinsville Police are assisting the Henry County Sheriff’s Office with the investigation.
