OHIO — Two people were injured in a shooting near a Gahanna shopping center Saturday evening, according to Columbus police.
Officers responded to a report of gunfire around 7:30 p.m. in the 4600 block of Morse Road, near Stoneridge Plaza.
A spokesperson for the city’s public safety department said one victim was transported to Riverside Methodist Hospital in critical condition.
The second victim was taken to Grant Medical Center and is reported to be in stable condition.
Police have not released any information about a suspect, and the circumstances leading up to the shooting remain unclear.
