OHIO — Two people were injured in a shooting on the southeast side of Columbus Thursday evening, according to police.
Officers with the Columbus Division of Police responded around 9:20 p.m. to the 5600 block of Xebec Drive near Winchester Lakes Boulevard on a report of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found two victims in separate locations suffering from gunshot wounds.
Both victims were transported to area hospitals. Police said one person was listed in stable condition, while the second initially had critical injuries but has since improved. Authorities said both victims are expected to survive.
No information about a suspect has been released.
