SOUTH CAROLINA — Two people were injured in an all-terrain vehicle crash Friday evening in the Longs community, according to emergency officials.
Horry County Fire Rescue said crews were dispatched just before 6 p.m. to the area of Ap Thompson Road and Cotton Patch Road following reports of an overturned ATV. Upon arrival, responders found two individuals who had been injured in the crash.
Both injured individuals were transported to a hospital for treatment. Their conditions were not immediately released.
Officials said the crash remains under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol. No additional details about what led to the crash were available as of Friday evening.
