
INDIANA — Police say two pedestrians were struck in separate crashes Saturday evening in Tell City.
According to the Tell City Police Department, the first crash happened around 6:00 p.m. at the intersection of Tell Street and 12th Street.
Officials say 18-year-old Kaleb Harding was walking across the street when he was hit by a car making a right turn. Harding suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say the driver, 69-year-old Gary Board, was charged with driving while intoxicated resulting in bodily injury.
A second crash was reported around 7:50 p.m. at 15th Street and Mozart Street.
Police say a juvenile riding a bicycle northbound on 15th Street failed to stop at a stop sign and was struck by a vehicle traveling westbound on Mozart Street.
The juvenile was also treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Tell City Police are reminding drivers, pedestrians, and bicyclists to stay alert and follow traffic control devices.
