OHIO — Police are investigating after two people were found dead inside a home in Sheffield Lake on Saturday afternoon.
Officers were called to the 400 block of Cove Beach Avenue just before 4 p.m. for a report of an injured woman.
When they arrived, they discovered a 64-year-old woman and a 65-year-old man dead inside the residence.
According to investigators, the man died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, and the woman had also been shot. Their names have not yet been released.
Police said there is no threat to the public, and the incident remains under investigation.
