OHIO — Police are investigating a suspected murder-suicide after two people were found dead in their home Friday afternoon.
Officers with the Troy Police Department responded to a home in the 1500 block of Croyden Road for a welfare check after a neighbor reported concern over mail piling up.
Upon arrival, officers encountered suspicious circumstances and forced entry into the house.
Inside, they found a man and a woman deceased.
While the cause of death has not yet been determined, police said autopsies are scheduled for today.
The investigation remains ongoing.
