Two people found dead inside hot tub in Ohio, investigation underway

OHIO — Police are investigating the deaths of a man and a woman who were found unresponsive in a hot tub inside a Fostoria residence.

According to a social media post by the Fostoria Police Department on Sunday night, both individuals were pronounced dead at the scene.

Their bodies have been transported to the Lucas County Coroner’s Office for further investigation.

The exact cause of death has not yet been determined.

However, police indicated that “several issues may have played a role in this accident,” according to the statement.

Authorities have not yet released the identities of the victims. The investigation is ongoing.
