TENNESSEE — Two people were killed and three others injured in a crash Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of Highway 411 and Brickmill Road, according to a report from the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

Jerry and Shirley Gurley died in the crash after Jerry Gurley attempted to pull his vehicle out of a private driveway to head south on Highway 411.

Investigators said Gurley failed to yield to a northbound vehicle, striking it on the left front side.
