
KENTUCKY — Two people have died following a two-vehicle crash in Johnson County Thursday morning.
According to a release from the Kentucky State Police Post 9, troopers responded to a collision on Kentucky Route 321 in Hagerhill.
Investigators say Retina Meek was driving a passenger vehicle when it crossed the center line and collided with a pickup truck driven by Jason Kinner.
Meek and her passenger, Anita Meek, were transported to medical facilities for treatment after the crash. Authorities say both later died as a result of injuries sustained in the collision.
Kinner’s condition was not detailed in the release.
Kentucky State Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
