ALABAMA — Two men from Moulton were killed Friday morning in a two-vehicle crash on State Highway 33, near County Road 214, the Alabama State Troopers reported.
The victims, Timothy J. Early, 58, and James I. Early, 63, were fatally injured when a 2005 Chevrolet Suburban struck a 1984 Toyota pickup truck Timothy Early was driving. James Early was a passenger in the truck. Neither man was wearing a seat belt, and both were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Suburban was injured in the accident and was transported to Helen Keller Hospital for treatment. Troopers said the Suburban left the roadway and struck a ditch.
The investigation is ongoing, and no additional information has been released.
