PENNSYLVANIA — Two people are dead following a SWAT situation at a home in Pleasant Hills on Labor Day, authorities confirmed.
Police said they were called around 7:21 a.m. Monday to the 400 block of Nantucket Drive for reports of a shooting. When no one responded from inside the home, an emergency response team was deployed.
Inside, officers found a father and his adult son dead from gunshot wounds. Their names have not yet been released.
The Allegheny County Police Department is leading the investigation. Officials said all individuals involved have been identified and there is no ongoing threat to the public.
