Two people arrested following vehicle break-ins in Alabama

ALABAMA — Two people were arrested Wednesday morning after allegedly breaking into multiple vehicles in Mobile, authorities said.

The Mobile Police Department responded to the 1100 block of Seven Hills Curve South after reports of two individuals breaking into cars. Officers learned that an 18-year-old man, identified as Jason Holland, and a juvenile girl had targeted several unlocked vehicles.

During the investigation, police discovered the pair were allegedly involved in similar incidents across the city. Both were arrested and charged with 18 counts of unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle.

The juvenile was taken to Strickland Youth Center, while Holland was transported to Metro Jail.
