OHIO — Two men are in custody following a home invasion on Brookside Avenue that occurred on Thursday, January 9, 2025, in Middletown.
The Middletown Division of Police responded to a report of the incident at approximately 1:48 p.m.
According to authorities, two armed men entered a residence at 1915 Brookside Avenue, demanding money and assaulting the resident.
Following an extensive search, officers apprehended the suspects, identified as Keatrick Thomas, 19, and Lemond Chambers, 20, both of Middletown.
The suspects face multiple charges, including aggravated burglary, two counts of kidnapping, and felonious assault.
Police are urging residents in the areas of Brookside, Eldora, Wilbraham, Winona, North Verity, and surrounding neighborhoods to review their home security footage for any evidence of the two suspects.
