GEORGIA — Two people have been arrested and charged in connection with a fatal shooting at a Gwinnett County motel last week.
Andre Jones, 29, was shot and killed on June 18 at the Horizon Inn and Suites located on Dawson Boulevard near Interstate 85.
Following an investigation, authorities arrested Dametris Bush, 33, and Jaharri Foster, 28.
Both suspects face multiple charges, including malice murder, felony murder, and two counts of aggravated assault. Bush also faces additional charges related to gun possession.
Bush and Foster are currently being held at the Gwinnett County Jail.
Authorities have not yet released information on what led up to the shooting. The investigation is ongoing.
