
VIRGINIA — The Henry County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO) announced Thursday that two men were arrested after a narcotics search warrant was executed at a residence in the 7000 block of Axton Road on Wednesday.
Officials say officers located two individuals inside the home, with additional people outside the residence at the time of the search.
During the operation, authorities recovered a significant quantity of suspected marijuana, suspected cocaine, two firearms reported as illegally possessed, a large amount of U.S. currency, and other items consistent with narcotics distribution.
The following individuals were arrested and charged:
- Marvin Jarvis Dalton, 43, faces multiple felony charges including distribution of five pounds or more of marijuana, possession of cocaine, possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and possession of ammunition by a convicted felon. Dalton was held on a $10,000 secured bond and has since been released.
- Rico Ny’Terious Dalton, 24, was charged with distribution of five pounds or more of marijuana, possession of cocaine, and possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled substance. He was held on a $5,000 secured bond and has since been released.
The investigation remains ongoing, and HCSO continues to enforce laws related to drug distribution and illegal firearms possession.
